Live Adult Executive Function Skills Course 101

Who is this program for?

• Neurodivergent adults who want to enhance their executive function skills through action-orientated guidance
• Parents or conservators who want to accompany their neurodivergent adult children or clients in completing the course.
• Professionals who want to review a model that works for helping neurodivergent adults develop executive function skills.

What is it, exactly?

6, live, one-hour classes, led by executive function coach, Eric Kaufmann, the co-founder of UpSkill Specialists. Learn more about Eric here.

Where are the classes?

The classes will be held via Live Zoom sessions. After enrolling, you will receive access to the official course overview which has all the meeting links, slide decks, and course resources.

How does it work?

We highly encourage participants to attend the live meetings. However, if you cannot make them, YOU MAY watch the recordings (uploaded within 24 hours of live meetings) and may attend the Office Hours or Accountability Sessions in the place of the live meetings.

What if I can't make this one?
